“EVENTS MANAGEMENT” MODULE

This module is perfect for companies that organize events. Inside the quote or project, now you have the option of “Event” with specific fields for their management.

FIELD “% TAX-DEDUCTIBLE” IN INVOICES AND CREDIT MEMOS

When you create an invoice or credit memo, you can specify the % tax-deductible that is going to be registered in model 303.

CURRENCY VALUE UPDATED FROM THE ECB

It is possible to update the different currencies values (regarding the euro) by access to the information of the European Central Bank.

In the quote, project, invoice, etc. it is possible to update the currency value.

This action is available in sales and purchase documents.

RULE 43 SETTLEMENT

The program allows you to import a file from rule 43, so you can settle movements of a bank account with the accounting entries.

In your right, you will see all the bank transactions established in the file of rule 43, and in your left, the accounting entries that belong to the selected account will appear (accounting account of the same bank account).

The accounting entries that agree in amount and date with the bank account will be conciliated automatically. This will allow you to detect which accounting entries do not have bank transaction-related, so it will be able to conciliate them manually.

NEW REPORT “TREASURY ESTIMATES”

In section “Portfolio”, there is available a new report that will print the collection and payment estimates on the selected dates.

“MASSIVE CHANGES” IN SPECIAL PRICES OF THE CLIENT

FIELD “CLIENT JOB CODE” FROM PROJECT TO DELIVERY NOTE

The field “Client job code” of the project will be automatically copied to the delivery note.

NEW OUTLOOK ADD-IN MODULE

Great news! Now you can create projects and quotes and save attached files from your outlook email in the project and much more.

In the program, you have available the manual that explains its advantages and how to use it.

JOBS PER VENDOR WITH CHART

In the filter of jobs per vendor, there is a new checkbox called “show chart” that will show a chart in the report of the jobs made per each vendor.

MASSIVE INVOICING OF PURCHASE PRE-INVOICES

In “Purchase”, there is available a new process that allows you to invoice different pre-invoices if you filter them by date and/or vendor.

NEW MODULE OFFICES AND SUBSIDIARIES

Now you can connect a client, vendor, project, etc with an office or subsidiary. This allows us to split the accounting information by offices and subsidiaries.

TASK SCHEDULER

The objective of the scheduled tasks is to take certain actions in the program automatically. You only have to specify how often you want to carry them out.

OPTIONAL MODULE “PROJECT STORAGE”

Now, it is possible to store closed projects before a specific date to free up your hard drive and reduce the number of projects folders per client.

WEB: DELETE FILES OF FINISHED PROJECTS BEFORE A SPECIFIC DATE

In the web module, there is a new option of “Delete files” with which you can free up part of the hard drive. Only the administrator of the program can do this.

FILTER PER “OPERATION TYPE” IN ISSUED AND RECEIVED INVOICES

The operation types that have the checkbox ticked are the ones that will appear.

NEW VALUE IN PURCHASES: “CREATE DELIVERY NOTES WITH DELIVERY DATE OF THE VENDOR”

If you tick this option in the global settings of the company when you pass from a purchase order to a purchase delivery note, the last one will have the expiration date of the vendor´s task, and not the real one.

FIELD “NOTICE” IN EMPLOYEES’ ABSENCES

There is a new field in the employee´s profile of the working calendar that allows you to notify any other employee about the absence of the first one (and to the manager as usual.

SDLX FILES CAT IMPORT

Now you can import an SDLX file from a CAT tool.

PRINT SETTINGS RELATED TO A CLIENT

You can associate the print settings with a client. This will make that the program does not ask when you want to print a document or send an email. It will do it directly with the indicated value in the client´s profile.

ACCOUNTING ACCOUNTS RESEARCH “START BY…!

From now on, when you look in any field for an accounting account, these will be filtered according to how they begin.

EVENT VIEWER

In this screen, all the registers from different screens of information or warning in the program will appear.
